Admission Exam โบ How It Works
How the examination works
From the code your school issues to the paper it receives back, every stage of a proctored ISBIS examination is guided and monitored.
Code-gated launch
Your school issues an 8-digit examination code when your Examination Arrangement is approved. Entering it in your applicant portal is the only way into the session, and the platform validates it before setup begins.
Two-device setup
You join on two devices: one streams your webcam and microphone to the proctor for the whole exam, the other is where you read the paper and write your answers. Each device confirms its own pre-exam checklist.
Identity and camera check
On the webcam device the camera starts automatically. Before the exam can begin, the proctor confirms a clear, live view of your face against your passport or school ID.
Live proctoring
Once you begin, your countdown starts and a proctor watches your webcam and audio in real time. If a device drops its connection, the examination locks and resumes automatically when it reconnects.
Submit and send to school
Before time runs out you submit your answer sheet from the examination device. Submission is one-time and final โ your paper goes straight to your school for marking, with your completion time recorded.
Trusted by design
Live proctor oversight
Every session is watched by a proctor in real time, with automatic locking whenever a webcam or examination device loses connection.
One-time final submission
Your answer sheet is sent once and cannot be changed or resubmitted, so what your school receives is exactly what you finished.
Recorded from code to paper
Code validation, checklist confirmations, camera verification, disconnect events and submission time are all logged for your school.
